After a client consultation meeting, Bella Notte will prepare a customized planning outline to assure a smooth planning process. Clients will enjoy unlimited Vendor Selection Assistance with Bella Notte serving as the point-of-contact for all vendors upon their hire, communicating with your vendors to ensure you receive the best products and service. With this package, clients have continuous access to the wedding coordinator for advice, guidance, and support throughout planning. This package begins with an initial consultation with the client to discuss the overall vision of the wedding. Bella Notte assumes wedding coordination responsibilities three weeks prior to the wedding date, so that you can relax in the days leading up to your big day. We confirm and coordinate all vendor services the week prior to the wedding date, create a point-of-contact sheet, and develop a detailed wedding day timeline. Bella Notte manages and coordinates the wedding day events, including the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception.
